Scheduling Hours are by appointment. All appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
All clients must be 18 or older for a Massage Service, or with legal guardian.
Health History
Each individual client will be requested to print and fill out a health history form prior to their first appointment. Every year the therapist will update this information. Please fill out a health history form from the client forms link. If the therapist wants a doctor referral/permission form from the client due to a medical condition, they will be able to find that form on that link as well.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Sickness
If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of a cold or flu, please cancel your appointment immediately. Please do not schedule a appointment if you have a infectious or contagious illness. If you are experiencing a fever of a high body temperature or have been sick for the past 24 hours please cancel your appointment. Accommodations will be made due to the cancellation policy.
Clients must be aware of:
*Children the age of 14 and younger will need a parent present for massage.
*Young adults 15-17 will need a massage form signed by guardian.
*If client is taking multiple medications a list will need to be provided to massage therapist.
*****Massage cannot be performed for anyone who has pitting edema or a contagious skin disease of any kind.*****
DOCTORS NOTE REQUIRED FOR:
* Cancer patients must be 6 months into remission
* High risk pregnancy
* Serious or terminal illnesses
* Client cannot have massage until after 6-8 weeks of recovery after surgery
* Natural Birth clients 3-4 weeks after recovery
* C-section Birth clients 6 weeks after recovery
